In 1942-43, Sigurd Isacson developed new wing profiles especially designed for flight at low Reynolds number. The new profiles, together with other new ideas, were emplyed by Sigurd in the model "Reynold". A Reynold built by Ebbe Åkesson showed itself superior in the S1 category at the 1943 Swedish model flying championships.
