The national Swedish aero club, KSAK, brought forward a series of gliders suitable for Swedish conditions and made from material avialable in Sweden. The KSAK-2 was designed by some unknown members of the Stockholm model flying club "Vingarna", and a kit was produced by the Vilén company. It was regarded as being of medium difficulty.
